The Best Floor Plans at Park Grove
May 9, 2019Park Grove Units for Sale | What Floor Plan Works Best for You?
Once you have decided that Park Grove is the best condo for you, the next decision will be about finding the best Park Grove floor plan. Floor plans are one of the most important aspects of a condo, as you want the best views, best distribution and best resale value.
Whatever is ‘the best floor plan’ is very subjective, nonetheless we try to provide you with an overview of all available floor plans and explain the differences to make your decision easier. This study does not include penthouse floor plans, which are available upon request!
One Park Grove (Tower 1)
Tower 1 is Park Grove’s most luxurious and superior condo. Needless to say the project’s best floor plans and best views can be found in this tower. Tower 1 is the only tower at which each floor plan enjoys unobstructed views over the bay.
For Tower 1 we prefer floor plan A. This is the largest floor plan available with 3,592 SF of interior space and it is a corner unit, which we always prefer for its uniqueness and resale value! Besides this, floor plan A provides for the superior south and east (water) views.
Our runner up would be floor plan D, a corner unit with amazing views, yet smaller than floor plan A and its views are towards the east and the north (not bad at all, but south views are better)
Are the other floor plans not good? Yes they are! They are just smaller and we prefer corner units. The other ones are very good and provide for the same superior water views.
Park Grove Tower 2
The floor plan sizes and lay outs in Park Grove tower 2 are identical to those in Tower 1. Tower 2 however is located behind tower 1, which is essential for your views and the floor plan you prefer.
Within tower 2 the best floor plans without a doubt are plans B and C. Some might find this an odd choice as oftentimes we mention that corner units are the best units. In this particular case we do not agree and here is why. The A Line, which is one of the corner units looks into Tower 1, while the D Line looks into the Ritz Carlton.
The B line offers 3 bedrooms with the option for a 4th bedroom and the C line is a 2 bedroom unit with the option for a 3rd bedroom
If you care less about views and more about space, then of course the A line is your floor plan of choice. The A line measures 3,592 SF of interior space with 442 SF of terrace and offers 4 bedrooms. The D line is a 3 bedroom and just slightly bigger than the B Line with 2,917 SF
The Club Residences (Tower 3)
Tower 3, also known as the Club Residences is the most affordable tower and offers 8 units per floor with 10 different floor plans (Excl penthouses). Floor plans at Tower 3 are smaller than in the previous 2 towers and water views are more limited and always partial.
Our preferred floor plan is the one that combines units 3 and 4. This is a 3 bedroom & den which offers 3 bathrooms and 1,886 SF of interior space. This combined unit is one of the few floor plans that offers ocean views while it also looks into Park Grove Tower 2 (See picture of the views of an 04 line unit)
